Our latest food collab sees Ruben’s Reubens take over the kitchen with his smoked, cured, pickled and BBQd meats and veg. Drawing from his Polish heritage, Ruben creates South London twists on classic Jewish dishes. Highlights include Smoked Chicken Nuggets with Brixton BBQ sauce, Bacon Jam on Toast, Rooster Potatoes with Matcha Mayo and Salt Beef Brisket Spring Roll served with Russian Dressing.
