cavita x seed library

wednesdays - sundays

We're mega excited to announce our latest Seed Library kitchen collab with Mexican heritage restaurant, Cavita.

Adriana Cavita grew up surrounded by food – her grandmother selling Antojitos from a roadside stall in Azcapotzalco, and her grandfather growing corn, pumpkins, beans, and potatoes on a farm outside of Mexico City. She would go on to study gastronomy at Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, staging at Enrique Olvera’s acclaimed Pujol at just 19 years old, joining their team as they transitioned from French to Mexican, winning an eight-month placement at former three-star restaurant El Bulli. In 2022, she opened Cavita, encompassing food traditions from all over Mexico – including the capital, where Adriana was born, across to Oaxaca and the Yucatan. And now, Cavita’s coming to Seed Library!

Our selection of Mexican snacks features eight dishes created by Adriana will be available Wednesday - Sunday, from open ‘til 11pm. Excited is an understatement.
