Seed Library has teamed up with local East London legends, My Neighbours the Dumplings for its latest food collaboration. 

Already a big hit in Clapton and Victoria Park, they'll be taking over our Seed Library kitchen for a three-month stint. The menu will showcase the team's signature dim-sum making techniques, incorporating fresh produce from the UK to create impressive dishes packed with flavour. Favourites include pork and prawn siu mai, a classic dumpling topped with the savoury pop of salmon roe for that added luxury.

Alongside those, you'll have plenty of Seed Library's signature cocktails to try, as well as an exclusive Black Vinegar Gimlet, featuring potato vodka, peach oolong and black vinegar, created to perfectly pair with the limited-edition dishes.
