people like us: queer yoga + discovery circle mini retreat
sunday 4 oct
As the seasons begin to slow, join us for an embodied, nourishing mini retreat created for queer women, trans and non-binary people to gather, move and reconnect.
We’ll begin with a flowy, intuitive somatic yoga class guided by Natalia, designed to move you out of your head and back into your body. From there, Calypso will guide a gentle self-discovery circle, offering space for reflection and connection. Together, we’ll explore where you are in this season of life, what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to welcome in.
Come as you are. This is for the tender hearts, the curious souls, the tired nervous systems and anyone craving being in the midst of queer community.
